The Board of Directors is the highest decision-making, management and controlling body of AlpTransit Gotthard Ltd. The Board of Directors has a maximum of eight members.
It currently has seven members. The members of the Board of Directors hold no executive functions in the company, have no business connections with AlpTransit Gotthard Ltd, and are all independent.
