Status of the Work in Vezia

In the west tube, drainage work in the area of the kickers is complete, while in the east tube, sealing work in the vault continues.

In the east tube, the first two vault blocks have been concreted.

In the area of the new railway embankment downhill of the existing SBB main line, substructure and infrastructure work continues with execution of the foundations for the overhead wire masts. The first phases of the vibration-absorbing base slab are complete.

At SBB km 177.800, extension work on the underpass is complete and the preparatory work for Wall 9 has begun.
