Tunnel Guided Tours Amsteg
From December 2011, experience the tunnel from inside!
Get yourself informed with our presentation on the NRLA project. Equipped with helmet, jacket and boots, board one of our minibuses which will transport you through the access adit at Amsteg into the Gotthard Base Tunnel. On a guided walking tour, experience the tunnel from inside. On the way, our Visitor Guides will explain the various work steps involved in constructing a tunnel.

Visits to the overground approach line
After an informative presentation about the NRLA project and the status of work on the Gotthard and Ceneri Base Tunnels, you will be equipped with a helmet and safety jacket.
On a guided tour, the NRLA construction sites in the canton of Uri will be explained to you. You will visit the construction sites of the overground approach line at Altdorf/Rynächt, the tunnel portal at Erstfeld, and the railway systems installations site.
